ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – Mi9

As an Account Executive for the Mi9 WA team, under the management of the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for campaign coordination of inventory sales from across the Mi9 portfolio, working across a client base which includes leading WA and national brands.

In this diverse, but hands on role, your primary function will be to support the Senior Sales Executive and work collaboratively with media and advertising agencies as well as sales colleagues from Channel Nine.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide regular reports to clients and the Senior Sales Executive (SSE) on the delivery of campaigns
  • Conduct campaign optimisations for efficient integration and media use, as well as customer satisfaction
  • Checking avails and crating insertion orders with client input
  • Monitor delivery, proactively optimise performance and report progress against client goals, keeping the client and SSE informed of status
  • Generate, analyse and deliver ad hoc and month end delivery reports and billing
  • Assist the SSE with new accounts, identifying opportunities to up sell existing accounts
  • Provide market intelligence and learning’s – comparative analysis by vertical/campaign category etc
  • Educate SSE and clients on systems, products, processes and specs

To be considered for this role, you’ll also need the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Media) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of the digital advertising landscape is highly desirable
  • Experience with digital media platforms and processes, and/or ad trafficking
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to juggle and often competing priorities
  • Commitment to improving and expanding knowledge of products, systems and processes
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness
