Perth’s Lateral Aspect has created a 60-second commercial for leading WA Funeral Director firm, William Barrett & Sons. Shot in Melbourne with Rocket Surgery Films and directed by Ian Reiser, the spot, titled ‘Full Circle’, features Director Adrian Barrett and focuses on the many emotional factors involved in the funeral business.

On first viewing I don’t quite get it….the full circle bit. Please explain.
When did Andrew Newman become a funeral director?
So it was shot in Melbourne ?
Must have been because of the location ?
yet another simple spot that HAD to be done over east.. the way it’s going, WA production will soon require the services of these funeral directors.
I don’t get the full circle bit either. You can tell though that then when they asked the client what the one message he wanted to tell was, he rattled off a dozen things and for some reason LA decided they’d cram ’em all in and try and shoehorn some full circle concept into it as well. Better luck next time.
