AGENCY SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – FAIRFAX RADIO

Fairfax Radio Network is part of the Fairfax Media Group and consists of a National Network of News Talk and Music format stations. The National News Talk Network is comprised of Melbourne’s 3AW, Sydney’s 2UE, Brisbane’s 4BC and Perth’s 6PR. The national music Network consists of Melbourne’s Magic, Brisbane’s 4BH and Perth’s 96FM. The Fairfax Radio Network also represents Adelaide’s News Talk station 5AA to National Advertisers.

Fairfax Radio Network Perth are currently seeking applications in order to appoint an experienced Media Sales Account Manager to join our Perth Agency Sales team, representing our strong national and local brands to the Perth agency market. This is an exciting time to join our organisation, as we embark on a significant and positive change journey, we craft and refine our sales strategy and position ourselves for future growth and even stronger sales performance.

Working within a close team environment and reporting to the Agency Sales Manager, we are seeking a candidate who has the enthusiasm, experience and desire to perform and deliver to optimal levels. You will represent our National Network and local brands in a highly sophisticated way, have the ability to craft a relevant media strategy and to create compelling solutions for our clients. A keen interest in the Radio Industry coupled with proven experience in media, agency sales will be critical to your success, as will be your expert sales negotiation and presentation skills, a strong drive for new business generation and a hunger for long term success.  You will also be required to have your own car and Western Australian driver’s license.

For the ideal candidate, we are offering a salary with a highly competitive commission structure. This role is based from our CBD offices.
