Bethanie, Amcom dominate Australian Marketing Institute WA Awards for Marketing Excellence
The Australian Marketing Institute announced the winners of the 2014 Western Australia State Awards for Marketing Excellence at a cocktail presentation last week.
National finalists were also announced, which, along with the state winners, will progress to the 2014 Australian Marketing Institute National Awards For Marketing Excellence to be presented at a gala dinner as part of the Australian Marketing Institute Marketing Forum on October 23 at Sheraton on the Park, Sydney.
Aged care and retirement living provider Bethanie was the big winner in the state awards. Bethanie’s marketing team was awarded the top spot in three separate categories: Content Marketing, Brand Revitalisation and Marketing on a Shoestring.
“To be recognised in WA during our 60th anniversary year for our marketing achievements is a accomplishment we are very proud of. Our goal is to help those in need easily access Bethanie’s care services and these awards recognise that commitment,” said Chris Frame, Bethanie’s General Manager of Marketing and Brand (pictured above with marketing coordinator Danielle Stuart).
IT and Telecommunications company Amcom dominated the national finalists, also with three.
“The calibre of entries was this year was high, which led to a strong shortlist for this year’s Marketing Excellence Awards,” said AMI CEO Lee Tonitto. “I would like to congratulate all 2014 entrants, finalists and state winners and wish them the very best at the national awards in October.”
