Designer Troy Barbitta unveils new work in art exhibition opening June 14 at Studio281

Well known Perth designer and former agency art director Troy Barbitta is having an art exhibition later this month.
An accomplished artist, illustrator, painter and sculptor, a selection of Barbitta’s latest contemporary artworks will go on show from June 14 at Studio281 in Maylands.
Whether he’s stamping his illustrative art onto surfboards or making his mark on Leeuwin Estate’s Art Series wine labels, Barbitta’s focus is on blending the absurd with the abstract.
The exhibition, entitled COLOUR, features 15 of Barbitta’s latest paintings, alongside works from fellow WA artist Jos Coufreur.
COLOUR will run from June 14 until July 12 at Studio281 – 281 Guildford Road, Maylands.
