Rare appointed to Fraser Property’s Queen’s Riverside residential quarter project in East Perth

Following a credentials-only presentation, Rare has been appointed to international property developer Fraser Property’s Queens Riverside project in East Perth.

Launched in 2011 as Perth’s first luxurious ‘residential quarter’, Queens Riverside comprises three residential towers and Fraser Suites Perth all-suites hotel, plus dining, retail and commercial space.

Lisa McCutchion, Marketing Director at Frasers Property, said she is expecting great things from Rare.

“With our first residential tower to complete mid-year and two final stages to be launched, we’re approaching a pivotal moment in the story of Queens Riverside. We’re looking to Rare for some innovative thinking in an increasingly sophisticated property market.”

“This really is a stand out development,” Rare’s Callum Mackenzie (pictured) added. “There’s no question it will bring new life to East Perth. We’re thrilled with the appointment and looking forward to a long relationship with the team at Frasers.”

This was Rare’s second win for the week, having also received news that they had been appointed to the Department of Regional Development roster.
