Well done to all the shortlisted agencies on a healthy showing for Perth. Let’s hope some metal follows.
AWARD is like an annual health check for WA agencies. It shouldn’t be too much to expect each of the top 5 Perth agencies to get at least one nomination a year. They have a whole year to do just one piece of good work. Surely it’s not asking that much. If they are not achieving this most basic of creative benchmarks, there is something wrong.
Ha, the age old question for Perth – what are our top 5 agencies?
For most people, the agencies expected to make an annual showing would be (in no particular order) Brand, 303Lowe, Marketforce, Meerkats, Rare and/or JWTP. Shed are already punching well above their weight so good on them.
Perth has 5 agencies?
Brand
303Lowe
Marketforce
SHED
Rare
Gatecrasher
I would also add in Block.
Probably MF are the ones to watch this year with 303 and Brand perhaps going backwards.
Gatecrasher need to up their profile is they want to stay relevant.
Agree + My Opinion.
Interesting. It all depends on what they’ve got, who’s in charge, who works there and how hungry they are. Get that balance right and the rest happens fairly naturally. For me only Shed and Marketforce are anywhere close right now. Everyone else is living on past glories and borrowed time.
