McKeown named a Fairfax Woman of Influence

Fairfax Media WA State Manager Marnie McKeown has won the Leadership category at the inaugural Fairfax Women of Influence Awards, presented at the Ivy Sun Room in Sydney yesterday.
The awards were held to identify and recognise female employees who have made a valuable contribution to Fairfax Media, its future, and the broader community.
As part of her award, McKeown receives $2500 for professional development.
Winners were presented in six categories. Sydney Morning Herald investigative reporter Kate McClymont was recognised as the overall Fairfax Woman of Influence.
