SALES ASSISTANT – NETWORK TEN PERTH

Network Ten has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join the Sales Team in the Perth office. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with Advertising agencies and key clients;
  • Preparing  airtime proposals and presentations;
  • Booking airtime;
  • General office administration including data entry and report preparation;
  • Resolving issues and managing client expectations;
  • Establishing and maintaining solid professional relationships with key agency personnel and internal groups.

  • a customer-focused Sales Orientated approach to meeting client expectations
  • excellent organisational & communication skills
  • the ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines

  • Sound computer skills in word, powerpoint, excel, database management

  • Have the ability to multitask.
  • Have good time management skills and be deadline driven.
  • Think outside the box re creative approaches.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be able to develop PR/media relations outcomes that meet organisation objectives and expectations.
  • Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • An appropriate qualification in PR or communications or a similar discipline.

 A current WA class driver’s licence is required.  A National Police Check will be required as part of this position.

•   Client Side – Junior Designer/Art worker opportunity

We have an upcoming full time permanent job for an Assistant Designer/Art Worker to help within an in-house catalogue department, working alongside the Marketing Manager/Senior Designer for a manufacturing company south east of the river. Salary will range from $35-45K, based on experience. The work involves art working existing products such as monthly specials, brochures, instructions and simple packaging (all following existing tight brand guidelines), whilst being able to display your creative flair when needed, working independently from loose creative briefs.
