MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR – CHANNEL NINE PERTH

Channel Nine Perth is part of the WIN/Nine Television Network. The Network is Australia’s largest commercial television network, committed to providing first-class entertainment and news services to a potential audience of 9 million viewers across Australia.

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and commercially savvy professional to join Channel Nine Perth as our Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator. This position would suit a graduate with some experience looking to get a start in the media industry.

Reporting to the Publicity, Marketing and Communications Manager you will work on a variety of promotional activities and campaigns designed to ensure broad community awareness of the Channel Nine Perth, the associated programs and the on air personalities. You may also be required to provide publicity and public relations support for priorities designated by the Manager

Skills & Experience

  • You will possess at least 1-2 years experience in Marketing/Publicity and ideally, a degree in Marketing/Public Relations.
  • Advanced administrative skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide support to the Department Manager in a fast paced, deadline drive environment.
  • A professional telephone manner and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to network and develop beneficial working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities/events simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated skills in post campaign evaluation based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Geraldton based positions in Graphic Design, Marketing/PR, .Net Web Development, and IT Network Engineers/Technicians.

We are currently seeking the below areas of specialty, that would require the successful candidates to relocate themselves to Geraldton, if selected for the positions:

  • 2x IT Network Engineers/Technicians – We require experienced senior level technicians to manage client relationships, communicate and develop the network – with knowledge of Cloud service and management, SharePoint, VMware, and server experience, including hands on building.   • 1x .Net Web Developer – The potential salary for this role will be between $80-110K, based on experience. Please email through your CV to roshelle.curtis@asphar.com.au to be considered.
  • 1x Marketing/PR Professional – Senior successful candidates can expect a salary between $70-100K – as their role would require mentoring, leadership and management, whilst a more intermediate applicant would attract $60-70K – as the role will be tailored to the skill set and experience of the successful candidate.   • 1x Graphic Designer – This role is on offer between $60-80K, with a more senior candidate also being considered for mentoring and management opportunities, at the higher end of the salary structure – if experienced within those areas.
