Promotions at The Brand Agency with Alison Ray and Paul Yole taking on new senior roles
The Brand Agency has made two significant changes to it’s senior management team, with Alison Ray becoming Head of Strategic Planning and Paul Yole becoming Director of Agency Development.
Brand managing director Steve Harris said that the changes were designed to provide the Agency with increased resources for our own strategy and business development, whilst continuing to provide our clients with high quality strategic input.
“The change will see Paul leading the agency’s internal and external business and growth strategies, especially in the areas of integration, culture and talent development. He is also responsible for the Agency brand and will remain available for key client brand strategy and leadership projects,” said Harris.
“Alison will lead our Planning team and will assume responsibility and leadership for the majority of our client facing strategy & planning work, working through and with the account management teams on Client strategic planning projects & strategic plans.”
“Alison joined us just over a year ago from Market United and has proved herself to be an invaluable strategic asset for the Agency and her clients. She is highly skilled in the areas of digital and data, which are key to the future of our business.”

But only one of them looks like a senior to me.
How weird to see two faces from very different previous lives in the same photograph!
Well done, both of you.
Next time you’re over Melbourne way, make sure you give me a call.
