However, ‘Salon de Oasis’ will feature pieces by renowned industry artistes including Buchanan, Simeon and Agostino, plus work by some of the kids from Oasis House. How cool is that?!

And with just over two weeks to go, it’s not too late to add yourself to that list. Perhaps you’re a wild, spontaneous sort that likes to lash the canvas with frenzied abandon.

Or maybe you’ll do an absent-minded doodle this afternoon while you’re sitting through yet another planning meeting and think “Hey – that’s pretty good” (The doodle – not the planning).

If you’re less a dauber and more an appreciator, then make sure you check out the gallery at the Oasis Ball on March 15 and put in a bid or two. Last year, noted collector Ken James snapped up an original Hodgkin for an absolute bargain. It has surely trebled in value since.
