ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, MEDIA – OMD WA

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Director to join the vibrant media team at OMDWA.

As an Account Director you will have experience in all aspects of media planning and buying and have the confidence, motivation and organisation to manage and grow a group of clients.

The role will be responsible for managing a small team and delivering media strategies to clients.  To be successful in this role previous industry experience in digital media, advertising, or campaign management, combined with a network of media, advertising and client contacts is considered essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the overall growth of OMDWA by targeting potential new business opportunities, developing strategies to win new business and by adding value to existing client relationships.  Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint is also considered essential.

MARKETING MANAGER – ECU

Marketing & Communications Services Centre, Joondalup Campus • $95,740 TO $100,247 PA • 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies that enhance the University’s reputation create a recognisable brand for ECU and contribute to the achievement of University enrolment targets. The Manager and staff within the unit need to work closely in a consultative manner with the Vice-Chancellor and other members of ECU’s senior leadership team to ensure consistency of brand messages across all University advertising and marketing materials.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.

ECU is a smoke-free environment.

Benefits & Remuneration

This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $95,740 to $100,247 plus 9% University superannuation contribution. ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.  Benefits such as flexible working arrangements may also be negotiated to meet your personal circumstances.

MARKETING & PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – CROWN, PERTH

Crown Perth is currently looking for someone who can supervise, organise and communicate well in the role of Marketing Production Supervisor.

This varied role will require you to traffic manage, coordinate and supervise the in-house studio design and on-site print production workflows of the Graphic Design and Visual Design teams. You will be met with constant deadlines in a fast paced environment.  We are looking for a person who is detailed, naturally process driven with creative aptitude.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise the Graphic Design and Visual Design teams’ daily workflow including scheduling, forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Supervision of the entire process from in house graphic design to print production and onsite installation.
  • People management including both full time and contract staff.
  • Ensure all processes are optimised and communicated.  Provide quality feedback and suggest improvements to current workflow and processes.
  • To lead, motivate, develop and retain staff.

Experience/skills

  • Experience involving task prioritisation, allocating work to a team and ensuring they are on track to meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience with process improvement.
  • Understanding of the creative production processes, from initial concept to designing, onsite printing, implementation and execution.
  • A team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels and personalities.
  • The ability to multi-task projects, work well under pressure and thrive in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • A calm, yet enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop
  • Knowledge of print production
