Classified Secrets Exposed – Area 57 Graphic Design Graduation Exhibition

GRADSHOW_WEBinvitea.jpgCreative agencies and design studios throughout Perth are invited to a top secret industry event on the 28th of November from 18:00 – 21:00 at the Gallery Central, 12 Aberdeen St, Northbridge.  On show, works from Graphic Design students from the Central Institute of Technology (CIT).

Tracy Graffin, an industry professional who worked closely with students this year, will be opening the show. Then, seven awards are presented to the highest achieving students in the areas of typography, branding, visual communication, illustration and digital design.

The highly sought after Beaumont Award will be presented by the OnWilliam collective and Butcher Shop director Aimee Johns and Paul Dennis, the Australian Graphic Design Assocication (AGDA) National Vice President will be judging Best of Show.

Family and friends will be invited to view the students work on the 29th at 18:30.  Andrew Stumpfel from Stusha Studio will be presenting a unique keynote on the future of graphic design in Western Australia.

The event will be open to the public from 10:00 – 14:00 on the 29th until the 1st December 2012.
