Account Manager – Advertising and Design Agency

Vinten Browning is looking for a talented and energetic Account Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing your clients’ advertising requirements from quoting through to studio development, print production and implementation. This is an autonomous role and you will be required to manage a portfolio of clients including national and local clients ranging from government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

You will require excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding organisational skills. The successful candidate will also require experience across a broad marketing mix including press, print and ideally with digital and online experience.

We’re looking for applicants with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience within an agency, with exposure to Print, Press, Radio, TVC and Digital/Social Media.

Receptionist/Finance Administrator – Gatecrasher

Gatecrasher is looking for a motivated, bright and bubbly person with a unique blend of skills. Not only will this role require you to be familiar with our finance system and reporting processes (the numbers stuff), but you’ll also need to be great at greeting clients and suppliers, setting up meeting rooms, have an outstanding telephone manner, excellent organisational and general front-office duties.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER –

The position Reporting to the General Manger Communications and Marketing, you will develop community engagement strategies and plans for the State’s $107 billion resources sector.

The role will facilitate and lead engagement activities, identify training to build internal capability, respond to community and stakeholder enquiries and develop engagement tools.  You must have demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and managing the continual improvement of community engagement strategies and plans. Your experience must include developing technical material written in plain English such as fact sheets, presentations, articles, website content and media releases.

To be successful in the role you require exceptional written and spoken communication skills. A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with facilitation, influencing and negotiating skills. Knowledge of the resources sector and the IAP2 public participation spectrum will be

highly regarded.
