WMRC introduces Big Truck Ads
Big Truck Ads is a new product developed by the Western Metropolitan Regional Council, which will allow companies to place advertising signage on the sides of the council trucks for an affordable monthly rate. The trucks circuit Brockway Road in Shenton Park to Millar Road in Baldivis, seven days a week, 362 days a year.
The price for booking a truck starts at $1200.00 for a month (excluding production), making it a cost effective option for outdoor advertising. In addition, it’s estimated the ads will be seen by up to 80,000 people per day (source: Mainroads), meaning businesses can target an even wider population by purchasing advertising space on these moving billboards. The trucks offer outstanding exposure through circuiting the Kwinana Freeway, with each truck travelling at least 880km per week.
