303Lowe and Ad Impact pick up Silver and Bronze respectively at AdStars global awards
Two Perth agencies have just succeeded on the world stage at the Korean-based global AdStars 2012 Advertising Festival.
303Lowe has won a Silver award and Ad Impact has picked up a Bronze at the awards presentation held in Busan on Friday night.
303Lowe Silver came in the Integrated Product & Service category for their IKEA “Rent” campaign. Ad Impact’s Midalia Steel “Pool Fence” press ad won in the Furniture and Household category.
Only four Australian agencies won metal at AdStars, with George Patterson Y&R Sydney picking up Gold for St Vincent De Paul Society “Signed Finds” in the Public Service – Direct Marketing category and Bronze for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation “Needle Pricks – Timothy” in the Public Service – Outdoor category.
146 judges from 44 countries participated in the preliminary judging process in which 1,474 finalists were selected out of 10,431 entries worldwide. A panel of over 30 creative directors from around the world then deliberated and handed out metal.
