The Role

The purpose of this position is to develop and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on managing search marketing, social media, SEO, affiliate marketing, and email initiatives and programs to generate qualified traffic and generate new and repeat bookings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the online marketing strategy
• Create & manage existing SEM Campaigns & liaise with agency
• Optimize the Social Media presence; develop campaigns, engage the audience & manage supplementary spends.
• Drive traffic via SEO techniques and maintain content
• Manage our content management system
• Identify online marketing opportunities & manage product focused campaigns
• Establish & manage an Affiliate Programs
• Work with internal and external partners to implement website enhancements
• Research, recommend, & implement new opportunities to advertise and promote the brand
• Educate internal stakeholders on current activity & achievements in the online area

Applicants

Applicants must have demonstrated success in transforming traditional B2B business to multi-digital channel B2C business along with strong project management skills.   The ability to assist in the development, planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies for both brand and direct response campaigns and drive an increase in direct digital sales conversions within specific project timelines will ensure the successful applicants excels within this role. Strong SEO, social media & SEM skills are essential.
