DIGITAL OFFICER – METROPOLITAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) brings together the work of four agencies which have led the urban renewal of central Perth, Northbridge, East Perth, Subiaco, Midland and Armadale. Our primary function is to plan, undertake, promote and coordinate the development of land in redevelopment areas across the Perth metropolitan area.

Digital Production Manager – Perth

Vivid Group is seeking a digital Production Manager / Traffic Manager with a passion for digital media and technology to join of head office in Perth.

You will be responsible for resourcing projects across our national network of offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. This is a pivotal role and you would be responsible for the coordination of all projects and resources within the agency.

You will be responsible for the allocation of projects to appropriate resources and manage the resource planning schedule. This requires strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as deep and diverse experience in agency production management.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3 + years of production/traffic management experience most likely in digital agency or technology services firm
  • Solid understanding of digital production process
  • Ability to deal with all types of personalities and resources including creatives, project managers, technical developers, testers and user experience experts.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent time management skills

Service Delivery Coordinator / Service Desk Coordinator – Perth

Vivid Group is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator with a passion for digital media and technology to join the team at our headquarters in Perth.

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key role within the Service Desk business unit. The Service Desk is the ‘front door’ for clients to access customer support and maintenance.

Key requirements and responsibilities:

  • A key function of the role is ensuring that Service Desk requests are responded to, actioned, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • The Service Desk provides first level production and maintenance support for Vivid’s customers
  • The Service Desk handles Production Support Requests submitted by clients through email, online self-service and phone.
  • Production support requests are requests for the support of the customer’s website, application, hosting and other services provided by Vivid.
  • The Service Desk captures the customer request/information, undertakes triage, and logs and assigns tickets.
  • Requests are reviewed and actioned by the Service Desk. The Service Desk reviews and classifies tickets and either action the ticket or assign to an escalation point to review and resolve.

Other important aspects of the role include:

  • Maintaining and strengthening client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring a customer focused, service oriented attitude
  • Providing a high level of quality assurance to customer.
  • Effectively developing customer relationships.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or Project Management role, most likely with a digital agency or technology services organisation
  • Advanced problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with technical developers and creative team
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems

Senior Digital Project Manager

You have a passion for technology and digital media. You are an experienced Project Manager having previously managed multiple, Internet, Extranet and/or Intranet builds for large and complex client organisations. You are adept at managing client expectations, reporting progress against agreed milestones and risk management. You are accountable, responsible, organised and detailed. You are also a strategic and creative thinker, and relish solving clients’ problems.

  • A thorough knowledge of the online space including IA, UX and web development principles.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Project Management or Producer role most likely with a digital agency or technology services firm
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Episerver, Sitecore, SharePoint, Sitefinity, Ektron would be advantageous
  • Experience managing technical developers and creative teams
  • Strong scope and change management skills
  • Best practice knowledge in Project Management practices including Agile/Scrum
  • A good attitude, being a team player and a desire to go that extra mile are key factors we’ll be looking for in applicants.
