The Brand Agency named as STW Group’s 2011 Business of the Year
The STW Group has announced The Brand Agency as it’s 2011 Business of the Year at it’s annual Leadership Conference in Sydney. Brand chairman Ken James (left) and Perth managing director Steve Harris attended the conference.
STW have over 70 companies in their stable including the likes of Ogilvy & Mather, JWT and Ikon.
“For the last two years we have won the ‘Top Performer’ award but now we have won the big one,” said James. “Everybody in the network should feel proud of this achievement. Every Brand office played their part and every staff member contributed to our success. We are seen as the Jewel in the Crown.”

Pulling out of the PADC’s has already paid off. Well done Brand.
Does CB publish ever bit of nothing news Brand sends them. What next? Brand buys a new pack of Tim Tams.
Thanks for letting us know.
None of Brand’s clients compete solely against others from the same operating group. They are all in a marketplace with national and global companies. The Brand Agency shouldn’t want to set a low benchmark for themselves by being happy with STW awards. They need a strategy to lift their aim and change their focus.
Anyone familiar with Paul Scott’s Jewel in the Crown novel will know desire and duty repeatedly intersect but the the outcomes are always dire.
That dudes mo is cracking hot!
Ken James is a funny dude! Should have his face on more Brand articles….
