The integrated agency will be based at 243 James Street from 30 January, moving from its West Perth base of the last seven years. The new office will provide the environment and the technology to maximize Linc’s productivity and drive integration, thereby enhancing outcomes for clients.

John Carlson, Group Managing Director at Linc (pictured), said the move coincides with the transformation of the business from a traditional agency model to a consultancy.

“Northbridge is a diverse, vibrant, exciting and creative community – much more in tune with the values we hold and the atmosphere we want to create for our staff and clients. We are keen to get in ahead of the rush that will follow the sinking of the railway,” said Carlson.

“This move is more than just relocating as it represents the bringing together of all our disciplines, from PR to digital to advertising, to ensure we’re delivering a collaborative and integrated solution for our clients. It’s also an opportunity to look at the way we work, ensuring we’re more sustainable as well as more nimble.”

Sustainability is a passion of the firm and the move allows a stronger focus on sustainable practices, including greater use of public transport and waste minimization. Environmentally friendly and recycled materials are being used in the building, plus there will be a modular green wall for an herb garden.
