Are Perth creatives a bunch of Pollocks?
It’s time to show us what wonders you can create when briefs no longer restrict you.
As a part of the Silent Auction at this year’s Oasis Ball, we’ll be putting the work of Perth’s top creative talent under the hammer. All you need to do is donate a piece of art you’ve created yourself – it can be anything you like – a painting, photography, sculpture or even you best piece of cross-stitch. Everyone will then have the chance to bid on their favourite piece at the Oasis Ball, with all money raised going directly to the Salvation Army. Bidding is expected to be fierce!
Campaign Brief will also be showcasing some of your entries on the CB Blog in the lead up to the night. The big question is whose piece will get the highest bid? A Tinning original? Or maybe a Buchanan classic?
Your work needs to be with Suzanne Stirling at The Brand Agency by Friday 24th February. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact her at sstirling@brandagency.com.au

I love advertising’s healthy sense of self importance – “Perth’s top creative talent.” I can assure you that Perth’s top creative talent doesn’t work in advertising.
^^^ and here we go!
I think they mean the top creative talent at the Ball Malcom. But your post is hilarious on so many levels. Would you enlighten us as to where you believe Perths top creative talent work then if not in advertising? Because you’re coming across as a disgruntled high school art teacher.
If ikea is the most “creative” creative that continually wins awards then Malcolm is probably right …
Could we have some of the better-looking members of Perth ad community shot nude by the best Perth photographers? They could protect their modesty with an award or two. I’d bid on that.
Nathan Morris from Nova should be invited to submit one of his incredible pieces for the silent auction
