SALES COORDINATOR – NINEMSN & ACP MAGAZINES
Ninemsn and ACP Magazines are looking for a strong sales coordinator to support the advertising sales team. This role requires a dynamic, organised and motivated person who can coordinate multiple tasks within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
• Assisting with presentation and proposal requirements
• Managing expenses and invoices
• Daily administrative tasks, reports, managing advertising collateral, etc
• Campaign and client management
Your experience & attributes:
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Well organised with great attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Effective communicator who is able to liaise with staff and external clients
• Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and cope well under pressure
• Have a keen interest in the online market
