PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SALES DIRECTOR – CHANNEL NINE PERTH

Channel 9 Perth is part of the WIN/ Nine Television Network. The Network is Australia’s largest commercial television network, committed to providing first-class entertainment and news services to a potential audience of 8.5 million viewers across Australia.

As the Personal Assistant to the Sales Director your main responsibility will be to provide the full range of professional, accurate and timely administrative and sales support. You will assist the Sales Managers within the office and provide general administrative assistance to staff within the team.

Your role requires you to demonstrate previous experience in diary management; organisation of meetings; organisation of group travel and accommodation; event management; overseeing the movement of documents and files, both electronic and hard copy to and from the office; as well as preparation of high quality documents, reports, letters, and sales related material.

To succeed in this role you will possess experience working in a personal assistant role. You will demonstrate advanced skills and experience with computer-based applications and the ability to comprehend and learn new systems. You will also demonstrate a commitment to quality and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

You will be proficient at multi-tasking. Your organisational and time management skills will be well developed, along with your initiative and attention to detail. You will be experienced in preparing professional correspondence including reports, and most importantly you will be a professional operator committed to the highest standards of customer care, with a friendly and bright demeanour and a positive approach to your work.
