Glenister to join 303’s creative department
The Brand Agency is losing a third person from their creative department. Following on from the announcement today that Josh Edge and Rikki Burns are leaving to join Longtail (see story below) comes the news that art director Danielle Glenister has resigned to join 303.
303 creative director Lindsay Medalia confirmed the appointment: “She is not replacing anyone – but a welcome addition who we feel can make a real contribution to both our Perth and Sydney offices. She’s obviously a talented art director as witnessed by her Perth Zoo and Curtin work. One of the main reasons for joining 303 was Danielle’s real desire to stretch herself and develop truly standout integrated campaigns. At the moment she’ll buddy up to our existing creatives but in time we’ll find the right partner for her.”
“It’s been a fantastic three and a half years at The Brand, working on some amazing projects for some great clients,” said Glenister. “I’m really excited to be taking the next step in my career at 303, with a whole new set of opportunities and challenges.”

Congratulations Danielle, you’ll do well at 303.

Good on you Danielle I hope they hook you up with a great writer.
Agreed Andrew and I know a Guy…
3rd creative to leave brand… what’s going on?
Obviously they were not stretched at Brand. Dan wants to be stretched and i know Josh loves being stretched. More stretching Brand. C’mon.
Bout time!
Danielle is the best looking person in Perth advertisng by a country mile…and a damn fine art director too!! 😉
Lindsay you dirty dog! LOL
“At the moment she’ll buddy up to our existing creatives but in time we’ll find the right partner for her”…lucky bastard!!
Good to see Gary sorting out yet another creative department in Australia!
6:12 Maybe you should talk to him before announcing that in public.
Ray van Kempen would approve! 😉
I dont think any of the writers at 303 will stretch Danielle.
1.11pm There are female writers around in Perth who who would love to work with Dan.
1:11 “Good to see Gary sorting out yet another creative department in Australia!”
Umm, all three were offered positions at other agencies, and better positions it would seem.
Or perhaps this is sarcasm.
@4:05pm – I don’t think that was the point 1:11pm was making.
Nice work Danielle. Good luck with the move, I’m sure you will do very well there.
Why promise her a partner at some point in the future, maybe? Why not just hire one less big-hitting heavyweight suit over in 303 Sydney this week and use the the money to hire in WA straight away? Surely 303 Perth have won enough new business recently to deserve a bit of inward investment?
All the best Danielle!
9:57 For my money she’s going to Sydney. Lindsay said she’ll make a real contribution to both our Perth and Sydney offices…
Good luck Danny…thanks for an awesome contribution here and all the best at 303.x
