Art Director – BrainCells

Advertising and design agency with a brilliant client list seeks an experienced Art Director. Ideally, you have at least 5+ years experience with a mainstream agency and are a hands-on Mac based AD. We need a strong conceptual ideas person who can really bring ideas to life. This role calls for a sharp and snappy thinker with the folio to match. Your previous experience working across a variety of clients will hold you in high regard. This is a great opportunity to work with an advertising agency with a unique culture and an experienced CD/mentor. Initially for 2-3 days, but could easily roll into a fulltime opportunity. Sales Coordinator – 12 month maternity leave contract – WIN Television WA

The WIN Television Network is Australia’s largest commercial television network, committed to providing first-class entertainment and news services to a potential audience of 8.5 million viewers across Australia. We are looking for a highly organised, professional, and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our Perth based Sales team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Perth Sales Manager, WIN Television WA the successful applicant will provide support to the Perth Sales Team. You will be responsible for the preparation and overall presentation of high quality sales proposals, ratings analysis, sales reports and data entry. To succeed in this role you will possess experience working in the Media or Advertising industry. You will be technically proficient and adaptable to new computer systems. You will demonstrate advanced skills in the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You will also possess great organisational and time management skills along with initiative and a positive approach to your work.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR SUCCESSFUL BOUTIQUE GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO

Full time permanent position + $60K base + generous OTE of approximately $60K uncapped + super + car and mobile allowance + work from home or office. You’ll be an integral part of our successful Perth based full service studio, that specialises in everything: design, print and web for a broad range of great clients throughout Australia for over 13 years.

Why do we need you? Because we are so busy doing exceptional work for our existing clients, that we don’t have time to promote our talented team of designers and services to new clients!

You will be representing a studio that you can have full confidence in, with a great reputation, an impressive portfolio bursting with examples of our creativity, glowing client testimonials, high achieving creatives and a broad range of creative marketing tools to get you in the door. In other words an easy sell!

We’re looking for a professional Sales Person with a high level of experience in client dynamics that promote the rapid building of relationships and selling of creativity that will take our business to new heights. Ideally you’ll have proven track record of working independently, strong hunting skills when it comes to the pursuit of prospective clients and a passion for closing the deal. As well as extensive negotiation experience and a successful sales record of surpassing targets and budgets for a Design Studio or similar business in WA. A strong focus on customer service, being conversant in marketing and technology trends, comfortable with consulting and selling to all levels of business professionals will be well rewarded as will your ability to quickly become an expert on client’s business issues, industry and organisational challenges.

In consultation with our Managing Director you will be responsible for planning, developing and executing smart sales strategies for growth. This will include the implementation of a database, the delivery of dynamic, strategic and effective presentations, proposals and tender submissions to generate $500K p.a. of new business ie 10 x $50K clients.
