Customer Service as a Strategic Imperative
We’ve all heard phrases like “we offer good old fashioned service” and “our company prides itself on providing good customer service”. But what is ‘good’ customer service? The customer experience at the coalface is a result of many unseen processes, internal interactions, policies and strategic decisions. Get the internals wrong and more often than not, the customer’s service experience will be far from pleasant.
Join author, academic and highly experienced marketing professional, Bill Chitty, to explore the importance of approaching customer service at a strategic level.
