If you’resitting in an office looking at the same old walls, doing the same oldwork for the same old clients, then consider a place where disruptingand challenging perceptions is bread and butter work. We will love andcherish you like the long lost account director we never had if youhave a strong background in managing branding programs, advertisingcampaigns and marketing communications.
The role requires you tohave a clear vision of the practical steps ahead in a project and thedynamism to move it forward. We need a strongdetailed thinker that allows the rest of the team to do what they dobest, safe in the knowledge that nothing is slipping through thecracks. It’s not vital that you are a big strategic thinker but if youcan throw that into the bargain then that would be great. Nobody isprecious here and we welcome great input wherever it comes from. Alsoyou would be directly supported in your role by two experienced andsuper-helpful professionals, a production/ studio manager and a financemanager.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll have the freedomto shape practices and outcomes. And this is the most unique part ofthe opportunity: the ability to shape the future of a growing, dynamicfirm. You will be a vital part of a down-to-earth culture where wesupport each other, recognise great efforts and celebrate successes. And if you want to save on your gym membership, there’s a pool, gym andspa in the building. Parking in the building can be negotiated, in our wild, subterranean car park covered in street art.
