DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – MARKETFORCE

Working in the Digital Services Department the Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the administrative support of digital projects from inception to completion.

You will be required to:

  • maintain Work In Progress reports, open job bags for new accounts, collate relevant documents pertaining to jobs undertaken through the digital department, act as a resource tool for the unit and provide timely delivery of documentation to increase efficiency in the execution of Marketforce digital projects.
  • liaise with clients once a digital project has commenced and keep them abreast of their project and providing status updates when required.
  • put together presentations for key stake holders and relevant parties to the Marketforce group.

This is a pivotal role in the Digital Unit and digital knowledge is essential.
