Lotterywest tender released

The Lotterywest tender for ‘Provision of Strategic Communications and Related Services’ has been released today on the Tenders WA website. Like most who have downloaded it already, we’re still wading our way through the 70-plus page document but the “…two envelope process…” is interesting. Respondents have to submit a non-priced offer in one envelope, and a priced offer in another.
A non-mandatory briefing is being held at Lotterywest, 74 Walters Drive Osborne Park next Thursday, January 28 (Numbers are restricted – see section 1.5 of the tender document for details).
The tender closes at 11.00am on Friday, March 19 – the day of the Oasis Ball. No doubt there’ll be a few people ready for a drink by then!

Hard to believe that there has been no response
No we’re not holding back 9:14. We’ve been very surprised at the lack of comments on this ourselves.
As someone named Kim (not Shaw) recently said: “What…no comments? Largest account this year and everybody has gone to ground?”
