BBAM brings Santa Paws to town
Born from the simple idea that a wagging tail equals happiness, a new TVC for Better Pets and Gardens by BBAM is helping homeless dogs this Christmas.
The Paws & Claus Appeal asks for gifts of food, toys and bedding which are given to Perth’s animal shelters.
Shot and edited on a very tight budget by Solid Films, it’s the firstTVC in WA to use the new Canon 5D MK11 camera. This compact andlightweight camera was perfect for the job: to minimise distress to theanimals, crew and equipment were restricted to the absolute bareessentials. “Even with the minimal lighting and the rapid set-ups, thequality of the footage is evident in the finished ad” said Solid FilmsProducer, Belinda Kelsall. All of the dogs featured are abandoned pets,so to help them, simply place a gift under the tree at any Better Petsstore.
