Bronze for 303 at first Australian EFFIE Awards
At the inaugural Australian Advertising Effie Awards held last Thursday at the Sydney Convention Centre, 303 was among those that scored metal. 303 had two finalists in the Awards. One in the ‘Long Term Effects’ category for the Go for 2 & 5 Nutrition campaign and the other in the ‘Best State Campaign’ category for the IKEA ‘Love where you live’ store launch. The latter took out a Bronze award in the category.
Gatecrasher was a finalist for its ‘Hoons’ campaign for the Office of Crime Prevention but didn’t proceed beyond that stage.
The EFFIEs have replaced the AFA Effectiveness Awards, which were held every two years. 303’s Bronze EFFIE is the best result for a WA agency since The Brand Agency’s award at the 7th AFA Effectiveness Awards in 2003 for its BankWest Lite Mastercard launch.

Well done 303. Onward and upward.
Top effectiveness award and top creative awards for the same client in the same year. You gotta wonder why they left…
