LandCorp calls for proposals
The WA Government’s land developer, LandCorp, is tendering its advertising contract.
With a diverse range of requirements on its various projects, LandCorp has called for proposals from full service agencies able to provide strategy and brand advice and development, creative and production services, media planning, design and digital marketing.
Initial submissions are due by May 14, after which shortlisted agencies will be asked to present to a selection panel.
Based on last year’s expenditure, the production-heavy account is valued at more than $3 million per annum excluding media.
The business is currently split between Marketforce and The Brand Agency.

Give it to Rare already…
1:37 So you don’t think MF or Brand will retain it?
boom boom boom another one bites the dust….
Developers have a tendency to turf their agency when land doesn’t sell.
Rare has Vale by Multiplex Living. Would LandCorp be a conflict of interest?
my life is a conflict of interest….
Do you think there is a little nail biting going on at MF?
Do Rare even have the capacity to handle the account??
Who else is in the mix?
12.48 I think Marketforce work for LandCorp and Mirvac?
Conflict of interest hmmmmm…. it exists at some level with most agencies in town.
Come on people, we work in advertising! A conflict of interest only exists if you advertise it.
Like MF pitching on HBF whilst holding SGIO…..or like the Brand pitching on the soon to come LotteryWest tender even though they hold Burswood.
2:40 Is it true about the Lotterywest pitch.
So thats LandCorp Tourism and Lotterwest.
Isn’t that 3 of MF’s clients?
Do you think they are feeling confident…thats a lot of business!
2.40/4.10
It is just this kind of idle gossip that gives the blog a bad name. Until we hear news of the LotteryWest pitch from the LotteryWest client, we should all assume it is safe at Marketforce, however shaky or tenuous that may be. I am sure they have enough on their hands defending Landcorp and Tourism to bother replying on here
2.40/4.10 Idle gossip on a blogg. God forbid… The weather has been nice today though, not too warm not too cool.
4.23.
Goldilocks weather. That’s my favourite kind. Pity about the impending meltdown in West Perth…
7.12 Not sure what you mean by ‘Goldilocks’ weather and ouch… the other comment is just plain harsh. You must be praying to Buddha that they don’t pull all three (sorry two) off?
Could resist.
Goldilocks isn’t too warm or too cold, but who pulls off who?
